May's Contest - Enter TODAY!!!

Since the launch of GenV.net, we've had photo, video, profile, blog, and recipe contests. This month is up to YOU! (kinda :-D)

For the month of May, we're challenging all GenV.net members to think of a fun contest to get everyone involved with GenV.net, with Youth Venture, with your venture team, with their community, etc. It can be around an issue that is important to you like energy conservation, gangs and violence, education and more, or it can have a holiday/festival theme like Mothers Day, Earth Day, etc. It just has to be fun and creative. Now it's your turn!!! ^_^

Here is how it works:

1. Create a blog about your contest idea from your GenV.net profile
2. Send YV_Jen a private message with a link to your blog by Monday, May 19 to enter.
3. GenV.net members will vote for the contest idea they'd like to enter. Voting will begin on May 19 and end on June 2 (see below for new voting rules).
4. The winner gets a $50 VISA card!!

NEW VOTING RULES

• Voting polls count for 60% of total score.
• Staff members' votes will count for 40% of total score.
