I want to help my community & I have an idea...

Hello Youth Venture:

My name is Franklin Wallbrown, I am nineteen years old and I want to help my community. I live close to Portsmouth, Ohio; once a great city in America and now it has been reduced to an impoverish and dangerous place to live. I want to create an arcade in town to create jobs for college students and young adults, and to give the youth of my community a safe and fun place to "hang out." From my observations most young adults in the area gravitate toward parking lots and fast food restaurants. The area is falling into disrepair and I would like to show the community that it is not doomed, that there is still hope. Is this a plausible idea?
